Russians embezzle money allocated for "reconstruction" of Luhansk and Donetsk regions

Moscow believes that the occupiers are embezzling money allocated for the reconstruction of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Therefore they have launched an audit of the spending of funds.
This was reported by the Centre for National Resistance.
According to the CNS, Russian investigators have arrived in the temporarily occupied regions.
This may be an indication of the law enforcers' discontent with the growing influence of Chechen militant Ramzan Kadirov in the region, the CNS adds.
It is said that the purpose of the inspection is to alter the cash flows and serve as a warning to the collaborators. It should be noted that the enemy plans to hold local elections in the occupied territories in the autumn.
The CNS recalls recent changes in the "government" in the occupied territories. In Donetsk Region, instead of Vitaliy Khotsenko, who was sent to Omsk, the occupiers have appointed a certain Yevhen Solntsev.
