The shortage of ammunition is slowing down the Russians considerably.
This is reported by experts of the Institute for the Study of War(ISW).
Analysts say the main reason why Russia will not be able to capture Bakhmut any time soon is the lack of ammunition and disorganization.
Moreover, experts believe that the possible capture of Soledar will hardly allow Russian troops to capture Bakhmut.
Analysts believe that Russia has reached a climax in offensive potential. And it will go down from there. Daily Russian artillery fire has reportedly dropped by 75% in some areas, which is a historic low since the start of the Russian full-scale invasion.
