Human rights activists: Russians have smuggled out Ukrainian prisoners

The occupiers leave behind scorched earth, looting, stealing children and even convicts.

The Russian invaders, who could not withstand the pressure of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, escaped from the right bank of Kherson Region and kidnapped over 2,500 Ukrainian convicts and defendants from penal colonies and detention centres in Kherson Region, as well as a large number of civilians who were imprisoned during the occupation. They escorted them through Crimea, where they beat, humiliated and took away all their things and then took them to different places of detention in the Russian Federation," the article says.
Ukrainians are asked to report the whereabouts of the kidnapped Ukrainian prisoners from prisons in Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhya and Donetsk regions
