It can take a long time to punish the perpetrators of war crimes during the Russo-Ukrainian war. Such a conclusion can be drawn from the example of the Bosnian war.

Recall that the Bosnian war was in 1992-1995.
The International Tribunal for War Crimes and Genocide in the Former Yugoslavia began in 1993 in The Hague. The process lasted until 2017 and sentenced 83 officials and military commanders.
All Russians who committed war crimes in Ukraine will receive their punishment.
