Occupiers in Melitopol hand out payments only on presentation of Russian passport

Russians continue forced passportisation.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff.
According to the Ukrainian military, the Russian occupants continue the forced passportization of Ukrainians on the territory of the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhya Region, particularly in Melitopol.
In Melitopol, the occupants have imposed a ban on making any payments and settlements to those who do not have a Russian taxpayer registration card number. This means that Ukrainians must have a Russian passport to receive any payments.
According to the legitimate mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, residents of the occupied territories have not been paid their salaries since December.
