He is Dudukin Alexander. He is a lieutenant commander, and since August 2021, the current commander of the B-262 Stary Oskol submarine of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy. Prior to that, he was a senior assistant to the Novorossiysk submarine with the rank of senior lieutenant. In total, Dudukin has served in the 4th separate submarine brigade of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy since 2013.
According to investigators, Dudukin gave orders to launch lethal missiles at the civilian population of Ukraine and the infrastructure of Ukrainian cities.
