Russian defence ministry reacts to Dnipro strike with cynical picture

According to preliminary results, more than 20 people have died in Dnipro, with rescuers looking for about 40 more.
The Russian Defence Ministry published a picture with the cynical caption ZARZAYA FULL instead of a commentary on the day of the attack on a residential apartment block in Dnipro.
This is how the Russian military reacted to the tragedy in Dnieper, where a cruise missile hit an apartment building, according to the latest data, killed 23 people (including one child) and injured 73.
This is not the first time the Russian Defence Ministry has commented on the shelling of Ukraine in such a cynical manner. On 29 December, when Ukraine was under a massive attack in several regions, the Ministry published a picture with the words CALIBRES WILL NEVER END.

As of 1pm, a Russian missile hit in Dnipro has already killed 23 people, with 39 rescued, including six children, and 43 missing persons reports received.
