Vitali Klitschko: Kyiv 70% without electricity, water so far only on left bank

Water supply to the right bank is due to resume in the morning.
This was reported by Kyiv mayor Vitaliy Klitschko on his Telegram channel. He wrote:
70 per cent of the capital is still without electricity. Power engineers are making every effort to get it back as quickly as possible. However, they note that this will depend on restoring the balance in the Ukrainian energy system. As Kyiv is part of the nationwide energy system.
The city's head also said that power engineers, together with Kyivvodokanal employees, were working all night to eliminate the consequences after mass attacks by Russians on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
In addition, Vitaliy Klitschko said that water supply is already available on the left bank of the city. Water supply to the right bank is planned to be resumed in the first half of the day.
