IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi announced his readiness to lead a mission to the Zaporyzhya NPP

This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba in his Twitter.

In our conversation, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi informed me that, in response to the invitation of Ukraine, he is ready to lead the IAEA delegation to the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, he wrote.

Kuleba added that he focused on the urgency of the mission to eliminate the threats to nuclear security caused by Russia's military actions.

The Kremlin uses the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant to cover its military equipment, since the Armed Forces of Ukraine cannot return fire in the area of the power plant, as well as to put pressure on Ukraine and the world, threatening a nuclear catastrophe.
