- General Staff: Occupiers set up barracks in Luhansk city polyclinic

Part of the city hospital has been completely converted into a barracks.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff has reported:
In order to secure their servicemen, the Russian invaders in temporarily occupied Luhansk have decided to use part of the city polyclinic as a barracks.
Bunk beds for personnel have already been delivered to the premises. At the same time, the management of the medical facility has to resolve a number of issues related to staff accommodation and reception of patients.
The General Staff also reported:
To achieve certain goals on Russian passports, the occupiers continue to put pressure on the residents of Zaporizhzhya Region. In some localities since 1 January, people who do not have Russian passports cannot receive cash payments, including salaries. Payments must be made exclusively through Russian bank cards.
