Drones to the north of Ukraine are most likely launched from the Belarusian part of the Chernobyl zone.

Journalist Andrei Tsaplienko writes :

This is actually a closed area. There is no one there except security, so none of the locals can promptly report their launch.

We are talking about the village of Ulasy (trodden paths appeared there, roads for travel were slightly cleared) and the village of Kozhushki (new roads were noticed nearby, which means that vehicles began to drive there often).

Recall that earlier Iranian drone instructors were transferred to Belarus.
