Number of casualties in strike on Sloviansk rises

The number of victims of the Russian missile attack in Slovyansk, Donetsk Region, has increased. The body of another victim has been pulled out from under the rubble of a destroyed house, the State Emergencies Service has said.
As the rescuers specify, they pulled out a man's body.
Thus, as of 12 noon, 12 people had been killed as a result of the shelling of Sloviansk. Another 22 people were injured.
Rescue work is continuing at the site of the five-storey building destroyed in the shelling. Three more people may be under the rubble and the search continues. A total of 41 rescuers, six utility workers and 17 units of equipment have been involved in the elimination of the aftermath of the shelling.
We shall remind you that on Friday, 14 April, the Russians shelled Slovyansk in Donetsk Region. They fired at least seven S-300 missiles at the city. Six hit the residential sector, another one hit the territory of a landscaped park. The enemy hit three five-storey buildings: one house was partially destroyed and two houses caught fire.
