Montenegro to allocate 11% of its military budget to Ukraine

The Montenegrin government has decided to allocate to Ukraine 11 percent of its own military budget. This happened after Montenegrin Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a joint declaration on Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic perspective in a video format on 5 December.
The Montenegrin prime minister said that Montenegro fully supports Ukraine's territorial integrity and its right to choose which organizations to join. he said
"I am sure that this war will end in such a way that Ukraine will defend its territory.
After Belgium and the Czech Republic, Montenegro became the third NATO country to sign the declaration.
