At the same time, Morgunov said that 67 victims remained in hospitals. Of these, 14 people are in serious condition, 4 are in critical condition.

Recall that on the morning of July 14, the Russians fired rockets at one of the crowded squares of Vinnitsa, resulting in fires. According to various sources, there were from 2 to 4 explosions. The Russians launched a missile attack on Vinnitsa with Kalibr missiles, which were fired from a submarine in the Black Sea.
