Blinken assessed WSU's ability to resist invaders

Russia is attempting an offensive in the Kharkiv region.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken believes that the Ukrainian defenders will be able to hold the front line in Kharkiv Region and other sections of the frontline. He stated this on the air of CBS.
He noted that the United States is doing everything possible to help Ukraine to stand on the front. Blinken reminded that Washington has already started sending weapons to the front and is doing everything possible to make weapons come to Ukraine faster.
The months-long delay in allocating new funding for aid to Ukraine "has come at a cost," he said.
He also stressed that the US was already preparing a second $400 million military aid package for Ukrainian defenders after the pause.
I am convinced that Ukraine will be able to effectively hold the front line in the east, will be able to continue to take advantage of the gains made in the Black Sea ... And also to keep Russian forces at gunpoint, including in Crimea, to make it more difficult for them to continue this aggression. We are providing the weapons to do that, but this is a difficult moment," the Secretary of State emphasised.
He also stressed that the USA and allies will not leave Ukraine alone in the fight against the occupiers and will continue to provide military, economic and humanitarian support.
And if Putin thinks that he can overpower Ukraine, overpower its supporters, he is mistaken," Blinken added.
We would like to point out that fighting continues in Kharkiv Region now, including special forces of the GUR. Russia has thrown soldiers from the Moscow and Leningrad military districts into the region.
