On Sunday, November 13, Russian occupants shelled a hospital, a maternity hospital and a preventorium in Toretsk, Donetsk Region. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but the buildings suffered significant damage, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration Pavlo Kyrylenko said in his personal Telegram channel
He wrote: "The hospital, maternity hospital and preventorium in Toretsk came under enemy fire. Fortunately there were no casualties, but the buildings have suffered serious damage. The Russians are targeting civilian infrastructure. Healthcare facilities that we built and rebuilt for a long time, they destroy in an instant".
