a 75-year-old Japanese man, after living in the Kharkiv metro for 9 months, sold all his possessions and moved to live in Kharkiv

Fuminori Tsuchiko, in the third month of a full-scale invasion, hit the Kharkiv metro, where Kharkiv residents were hiding.
Tsuchiko organised weekly humanitarian aid for Kharkiv residents. The man, not afraid of shelling, ran to shops every day to buy food for all the residents of Heroiv Truda station, according to a TSN story.
Fuminori Tsuchiko decided to stay in Kharkiv forever, sold his house in Japan and rented a flat on Saltovka. He has two adult daughters in Tokyo, whom he promised to visit on holidays.
Tsuchiko said:
I will live in Kharkiv and after the victory. I don't have a house in Japan anymore. I sold everything. So I'm here forever! And I will help Kharkiv residents.
A resident of Kharkov, who lived in the underground with Tsuchiko, told reporters about the Japanese help:
Tsuchiko cooked food, entertained children and adults in the underground, talked about life in the underground on Facebook and collected donations for Kharkiv citizens. Fumi organized breakfasts. We distributed them every day.
Now Fuminori continues to raise money to help pensioners in Kharkiv.
