Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Bakhmut

He posted the photo on his Telegram channel Zelenskiy/Official.

Bakhmut fortress. Ours. Defiant before the enemy. Who prove with their bravery that we will stand up and not give up our own. Ukraine is proud of you. I am proud! Thank you for your courage, fortitude and toughness, which you demonstrate in repelling enemy attacks," Volodymyr Zelensky wrote.

He met with the military and decorated Ukrainian defenders.

The head of state's press secretary, Sergey Nikiforov, confirmed that Zelensky had visited Bakhmut.
