According to local reports, explosions erupted in temporarily occupied Crimea, in Sevastopol, on the night of 22 March, followed by a power outage in the South Bay area.

Residents of the city reported the sounds of explosions during the night on local public boards. One sounded around 03.40, then another was heard around 4.40, which sounded in the area of Pozharova.

Some gunshots and explosions - what is going on is not clear... There was an explosion in Sevastopol.

In addition, maritime traffic was completely halted due to the explosions.

Also locals reported "strange lights" at the entrance to the bay, and speculated about a downed maritime UAV, adding that there were no fires or smoke in the city.
