Russians damage pipeline in Kherson. 40,000 people left without heating
About 600 homes were left without heat.
This was stated in an evening video address by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The president said that the main pipeline in Kherson was damaged due to Russian shelling.
I am receiving detailed reports on the situation in Kherson during the evening. There, another Russian strike damaged the main pipeline, which provided heating for about 600 homes - more than 40,000 people!
Zelensky assured that repair work would continue without interruption until the heat supply was restored.
It is worth recalling that Russia has not stopped terrorizing Kherson. Shelling occurs almost daily. A few days earlier, the occupiers shelled the city centre. As a result, five people were killed and 16 others were hospitalized.
