Orban said he sees signs of the West's disintegration

Orban is an opponent of Ukraine's accession to the EU and NATO.
The Western world has come to the line and "is on the way to disintegration". This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, speaking at a university in the Romanian city of Beile-Tusnad, Agerpres reported.
At the same time, he noted that the "world order" should be oriented towards Asia and expressed hope that Trump would win the US elections.
Europe has given up defending its own interests. All Europe is doing today is unconditional adherence to the pro-democratic foreign policy of the US, even at the cost of self-destruction. Changes are coming that have not been seen in 500 years. What we are facing is actually a change in the world order," Orban said.
He again mentioned Ukraine and said that it will not be able to become a member of NATO and the EU.
We Europeans don't have the money for that. Ukraine will return to the position of a buffer state," he said.
At the same time, he added that international security guarantees for Kiev "will be enshrined in an agreement between the USA and Russia.
