Medal standings of the XXXIII Olympiad

In total, the Ukrainian team was represented at the Olympics by 140 athletes, 20 will take part in the seventh day.

After six days of competition, Ukraine has moved up six positions in the medal standings and is in 35th place, yesterday we were in 40th place. China leads the overall medal standings with 24 medals.

It should be noted that the total number of medals is higher for the USA - 37, but China has more gold - 11 (USA - 9), which puts China in first place in the medal standings. France is in third place with 27 medals, 8 of them gold. It is noteworthy that the USA literally stormed into the gold medal standings, as just yesterday they were not even in the top five in terms of medals.

China's teams are represented by 405 athletes, USA - 537, France - 507. Ukraine, let's remind - 140.

Delegations from 206 countries are participating in the 2024 Olympic Games, which is more than the number of countries in the world. Territories not recognised as independent states but with their own National Olympic Committees (NOCs) such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Palestine, Kosovo, Brunei, Cyprus are also participating.

• 10:00. Shooting - qualification, women, 10 metres, pistol (Elena Kostevich)
• 11:10. Athletics - high jump, hammer throw
• 12:00. Diving - synchronised diving, men, 3 metres (Oleg Kolodiy, Danilo Konovalov)
• 12:06. Rowing - doubles lightweight lightweight, men
• 12:18. Rowing - lightweight doubles, women
• 17:00. Judo - women, over 78 kilograms
• 17:40. Rowing slalom - women, slalom, KH-1 (Victoria Uss)
• 21:30. Swimming 50 metres, free style (potentially)

Yaroslava Maguchikh and Iryna Gerashchenko have qualified for the women's high jump at the 2024 Olympics. They made it to the top 13 in the qualifiers. Another Ukrainian, Yulia Levchenko, did not qualify.

The women's high jump final will take place on Sunday, August 4, at 20:50 Kyiv time.
