In Kharkiv, there are also problems with electricity supply - the occupiers have shelled critical infrastructure.
Zhytomyr Mayor Serhiy Sukhomlin reports that only 35% of homes in Zhytomyr have heat supply. Previously, a complete lack of power supply was reported.
According to Rivne mayor Oleksandr Tretiak, a rocket hit critical infrastructure and there is no power supply in some places.
