Exercises in Kyiv: roadblocks appeared on the roads

Military and police checkpoints have appeared on the roads in Kyiv in connection with a planned exercise. This was reported in the Kyiv city military administration.

It is reported that the defence forces of Kyiv in cooperation with the police and other structural units will conduct exercises in different districts of the capital from 25th to 28th December.

These exercises provide for the deployment of temporary roadblocks, the establishment of restrictive signs, elements of engineering barriers. According to the terms, there is working out the check of transport, documents, elements of the defence of the roadblock, certain demonstration, search and counter-sabotage activities, - stated in the message.

It is stressed that such exercises should be conducted systematically, and based on the results of the analysis to identify shortcomings, correct mistakes and even better prepare to protect Kiev and its residents from potential threats.
