Drone attack on Kiev: there are consequences in three districts

On the night of 7 July, Kiev was again under enemy attack. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties, but damage to infrastructure was recorded in several districts of the capital. This was reported by Kiev mayor Vitaliy Klitschko.

The air alert in the capital was announced twice during the night - from 01:37 to 02:15 and again in the morning, at 7:48.

The greatest damage was caused in Desnyansky district: the debris of the downed drone damaged the facade of an administrative building, a gas pipe and an empty tank. There was also a car fire, which was quickly extinguished. The glazing of a non-residential building and parked cars were damaged.

In Solomenskyi district, debris from a drone fell on a car wash, damaging cars and a water supply pipe. There was no fire, no casualties were recorded.

In Goloseevsky district, damage to windows in an office building was recorded. The debris also damaged a large-diameter heating main, which left about 500 buildings without hot water. Among them are residential buildings, schools, medical centres and other social facilities.

Utilities are already working to eliminate the consequences of the attack.
